In Dillsburg of all places. The building is an old, white restaurant that used to be a pizza place- it's not too up to date looking. However, if you skip eating here because of the outside of the building, you're only doing yourself a disservice.
The prices are very good and the portions our party received were big enough that I could have split mine with someone and had plenty to fill me up. And mine only cost about 12$ for 3 courses. With leftovers.
The fried rice with pineapple and pork (also available with shrimp, beef, chicken, or vegitarrean) is so tasty. Easily a meal for two. Especially if you add a soup to it. Specifically the coconut, mushroom and chicken soup... or the crispy wonton soup.
You can find this delicious stop on the east side of 15, on the way to Gettysburg.
