ASAIN GRILL is one unsavory restaurant! This place will rob your wallet dry and leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. The service is incredibly unfriendly. I used to dine there all the time because I live close by and the last time I was there will be my Last time! The owner of the restaurant was the sushi chef that night. I was appalled by his rudeness. He was giving me dirty looks the entire time I was trying to eat and to top off the night he started stuffing his face with his dinner right in front of me! Asian Grill in Waltham offers an all you can eat sushi buffet for $26 per person. The owner added so much rice to your sushi order that you can only eat one round; you are so stuffed, forget about a second plate. I ordered a few hand rolls and they were packed with (and I’m not exaggerating) one cup of rice! I eat sushi almost 3 times a week and I have tried at least 50 sushi joints in and around the Boston area…this was by far the most unprofessional, non-authentic dining experience ever! I will never go back there again! What an unappetizing experience! Anyone who should know how to run a sushi restaurant is the owner. Right? This guy will never receive another dime from my pocket and I highly recommend anyone who plans to dine at Asian Grill to try another place cause there is plenty of other good sushi spots around.
