Businiess name:  Bobs Noodle Bistro

Review content:
You want authentic food in DC proper? I heard it's just not going to happen (although I'm still on the quest). However, I was intrigued when I heard of a restaurant just outside of DC in Rockville, Maryland that serves authentic Taiwanese cuisine! I had to try this place myself. About 20 minutes outside of DC, you'll find Bob's 66 Noodle House in a tiny strip mall. At Bob's, you can expect to find all your Taiwanese favorites, pork chop rice, noodle soups, fried radish and egg pancake, oyster and egg pancake, and meat dumplings alike. The true test of authenticity, the waiter spoke Taiwanese and was able to accommodate a special request of pork chop noodle. Overall I would say Bob's Noodle had a sufficient menu of Taiwanese food, great prices, and judging by its clientèle of ethnic Chinese as well as non-Asian customers, that it has a broad appeal. I would recommend Bob's Noodle House to all those who would want to try Taiwanese food. Just beware that you can't get there by metro and in true Chinese fashion, it's Cash Only!
