Review content:
This place use to be the luxury hotel to stay in when visiting Palm Springs. The owners transformed the grounds into a tiki oasis with attention to detail. Staying at the hotel was like going back in time with excellent service, lovely pool and luxury towels.
Unfortunately nothing stays the same and the hotel was sold to new owners. The new owners have not kept the same ambiance and have gone cheap. Horrible customer service makes for not having a very enjoyable visit.
