If you are in Tulsa, OK, you need to try Pancho's Mexican Buffet. There is easy access off Highway 412 and plenty of parking.
The buffet line went quickly. They offer beef, cheese and tex-mex enchiladas, tacos, tamales, Spanish rice and of course, beans. There is also a bar with sour cream, hot sauce, onions and guacamole and much more. For dessert there is flan, jello, cinnamon chips, and sopapillas with honey.
Once you sit down and want more, you just raise the flag and the wait staff will get you what you whatever you want.
I wanted to comment on the wait staff. They were wonderful. Everyone was friendly and eager to make your visit a pleasant one. I don't see that often anymore.
The other great thing was there were five of us that got all we wanted to eat and drink for a total of $41.13
