Review content:
I took my cat here for a few months and initially had good service, but it just got worse from there. After having my cat diagnosed with diabetes, I began the treatment for her which involved insulin shots 2 times a day. After a certain amount of time, you are required to have another blood test done to determine if the dosage is correct or needs to be adjusted. This is where the trouble started. First, I had my vet change several times, so no one knew my cat or me. I scheduled an appointment for the test that was recommended, but after arriving for the appointment was told that I had been given the wrong information and had to reschedule. So I did, and brought my cat in two days later in the morning, following their instructions NOT to feed her or give her any insulin shots in the morning. When I got there, there was confusion among the staff as to what test was being conducted and if I was supposed to have given my cat insulin. This is a little scary, considering the fact that if my cat was given a double dose of insulin, she would go into diabetic shock and most likely die because she is 13 years old. After leaving her there for what was supposed to be only 4-6 hours, I was told she wouldn't be ready until late in the evening, so it took 10 hours. Then next day, the vet called me and told me the test was screwed up because I should have given her the morning insulin shot and fed her, but I was told not to. So, needless to say, there is no communication between the vets, lab techs, and the front. I took my refund and my business to another vet that day.
Its a little serious considering the fact that my cat could have DIED if the wrong dose was given. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
