My teenage children take their cars here. I went with them the first time (for both my son and my daughter) because they weren't sure what to expect, but it was a great experience for them. One of the employees came out to the car and asked what we needed then told us exactly where to pull in. They helped direct my nervous teenagers over the pits and then told them exactly what to do - never assuming that they already knew everything. My daughter has been back there twice and says that they are just as nice each time she goes. They do a check of many other things while changing the oil and fix things on the spot or write it on your receipt for you to think about next time. Very non-pushy and knowledgeable staff.
