Spiegel Catalog has been around as long as I can remember. I recollect as a teenager in Arthur, Illinois receiving the Spiegel magazine in the mail and ogling over it all day long wishing for some new clothes for school. Some items I would get in August right before school started. I would do a lot of circling of items that interested me in hopes I would get a few of them. Mom was pretty good about finding something I liked. I actually think she was better at picking my clothes than I was. Of course, at the time, I didn't think so!
This catalog is for those who value time as well as money. Of course we have the internet http://www.Spiegel.com to do our shopping these days, which is even easier and quicker and a great way to find sales. Much quicker and easier, but still not as much fun as sitting and circling merchandise you are dreaming for. I use to call this catalog, "My Dream Book".
