Rilee has been being molested and abused but nobody will help him I had him here in Mo. for a short time during the time he was here he told counselors and doctors of his miss use the hot line took 6 weeks to send him for an exam, I did everything I was told to do but the state of Mo. let him down . The system doesn't work it needs to be revised or it would work if the people that are paid to do a job would just do it! And do it right!!
