Review content:
This new restaurant opened up several months ago near the town where my parents live. I am a fan of Indian cuisine, but my family members are more weary. This place is fabulous, from the decor to the service. You get the customary Indian "crispy" bread (sorry don't know the real name) and 3 different dipping sauces. All are fabulous. We ordered tea and were brought big pots that were about 3 cups each. They even gave us complimentary samosas as appetizers before our meal.
Our actual dinner was amazing. We ordered a lamb dish, that had big, juicy chunks of meat, and two vegetable dishes. The first was a traditional lentil dish that was smoky and a little spicy. The second was like vegetables in a spicy sauce. All were such different tastes and soooo flavorful and good. The owner is also the chef and he came out to check on all the tables at least once. The service was great and very attentive. We brought home our left overs and enjoyed them for a few days after wards. I will certainly be returning here and it is my new favorite Indian restaurant.
