the people who run this place, as in the director of nursing needs to either go back to school or learn to be fair with their employees. you can't just fire them when in their book it states all employees are to get an oral warning, two written warning an then a 3 day suspension an put back on probation before firing them. this place does not do that the director of nures just out right fires the employers without thinking of why something might of happened like an employee had a family issue an was being switched to part time so they would have time to work their life out, well the director didn't like that idea an fired this employee instead. i think people need to full the rules put in front of them by headquarters not just let the power go to their head like this director often does
