I have eaten at three or four Bodacious Barbecue restaurants around NE Texas over the years and the one in Arlington is my favorite. It's on East Division and has been named several things over the years - in the mid-80's it was Cade's BBQ.
Anyway, their ribs are the very best of any BBQ joint that I have ever visited - and that's a bunch of them. I even brought in a friend from Plano - a self-proclaimed BBQ rib expert - and he agreed. Now, he makes excuses to come to East Arlington to have lunch!
The flavor and texture are great and you can get them with a complete meal, by the pound or by the rib.
None better, no where, no time....
