Review content:
I purchased an oil change coupon from a college kid which entitled me four oil changes for twety dollars; good deal. My last visit I was to get "free" tire rotation with balancing. I left the car and walked to the mall and left my cell phone for contact number. The service manager called to explain he couldn't balance the tires because my front end needed two ball joints and an idler arm. He also said my radiator was clogged and needed flushed. All of this would have been fine had I not just had both items fixed; one by Elmo Tire and Alignment and the other by Youngstown Buick GMC. I told him to do the oil change and I left with a $700.00 estimate of their "needed" repairs. To make matters worse a few days after my service I lost my heat so I popped the hood to find that my radiator cap was loose and all the coolant had spewed all over my engine compartment. I purchased a gallon of anti-freeze and topped it off with water and put the cap on securely and all is fine. I have two more coupons left, but I hesitate to bring it back to your facility. I wonder if your corporate office condones this type of hard sell tactics and underhanded dealings. Please respond as I am curios to see how you defend this treatment.
