We used them to repair our washing machine and they were impossible. We were told they would be at our apartment on a certain day to repair the thing. 5 o'clock came and they still hadn't shown up, so I called to see if they were still planning on coming. Most repair companies around here won't come after 5, but they said they were still planning on coming and they'd be there around 7pm. So here comes 7 o'clock, no sign of them - but a guy does call and says something like this "uh, yeah, I'm gonna have to cancel for tonight". So we make plans for him to come the next afternoon, and he promises he'll be there in the afternoon around 1 or 2. So the next day comes and by 5 o'clock he still hasn't shown up. We call him to see what the deal is and he just says the same thing - "uh, yeah, i'm not going to be able to make it out there today". Yeah, we kind of figured that. I told him we'd be out of town for the next week - so he said he'd "put us down tenatively" for the day after we got back. "I'll call you that day", he says. After we get back from vacation, here we are, expecting (well, not really expecting) a call....and we don't get it. This company (or maybe just this employee of this company) is the most unreliable repair company I have ever seen. They cancelled twice in a row, and never called like they said they would. Eventually the guy made it out to our place, only to tell us that the washer needs a new part - but he couldn't perform the actual repair that day. So now we have to try to get him out here AGAIN to do the actual repair - I'm sure that'll be easy. UPDATE: I wrote this review in Januray, but we've been trying to get someone from this company to our place to fix our machine since December. It's now MARCH and our washing machine has still not been fixed. In the last 3 days, the repair guy told us he would be at our place to repair it 3 times - each time he didn't show up and he never called, even after I left messages for him. I HATE this company. I don't usually hate people or things, but this is THE WORST WORST WORST customer service I've ever had in my entire life. I wish I could change companies, but unfortunately I cannot (landlord has a contract with them or something...)
