Review content:
We rented the bus service to drive to Monterey for our company holiday party. The bus turned up 20 minutes late and the driver claimed he had a difficult time finding the pick-up location - they were sent a map and details at least a week in advance. It was a rainy evening and the drive to Monterey was a nightmare. The bus had a leaky roof and the windshield was fogging up - the defogger did not work! The driver asked one of the passengers to wipe the windshield so he could see where he was going. He also was grumbling about what a nasty weather to have to drive to Monterey in, that he had never been to Monterey and did not know his way around, and that he really did not want the job that evening. In the meantime, passengers were getting wet and some had to move around to dodge the rain coming in on them. Needless to say it was unsafe to ride on this bus and we could have had a huge disaster on our hands. We were relieved to get to Monterey in one piece and elected to rent a different luxury bus for the return home. A call to the bus company ended in an abrupt hang-up and a promise to have someone call back by the receptionist never materialized. How this company can remain in business baffles me!
