Well since he is in the neighborhood he responds quickly and efficiently to any home repairs/ plumbing. One time I had a leak from the tub upstairs. He gave me a free estimate and told me exactly was wrong and fixed it in 2 days. Now that leak is fixed and haven't had any trouble with it. He is a good guy and works hard to fix your problems. In any emergency just call and he'll be there. Great for locals.
