I just visited this incredible new Italian food store in Chatham. The owner I hear was the buyer at Dean and Deluca. The place is full of Italian products. Incredible stuff like 2 year old prodciutto di parm, wild boar prosciutto, foie gras and some of the most hard to find products I have ever seen...bottarga?
Anyway, this place is a must see and they have some of the most delicious sandwiches..robiola with truffle oil, chicken valdastano and so on. They also have gorgeous breads and desserts from Balthazar!
The store is called Tutti a Tavola and it's on River road, across the street from the new Bottle King. About a mile from the Short Hills mall.
