I've been going to Midas Glendale on Elk for oil changes over the past year and a half... probably 4 or 5 times. I know oil changes are not big money makers for shops, but I'm always treated as if I'm a big spender, even though I've only done oil changes. Lo and Behold, Yuri Stein tells me that my oil change is on the house today, December 12th. I barely know the guy, but he appreciates my loyalty and I have been rewarded. I don't know much about their mechanics' abilities, but I will definitely give them a shot when I need something fixed based on how I've been treated over the past year and a half. I'm a sales manager myself, and it's difficult to impress me as I am very picky and maybe overly critical, but I am very impressed!
Pros: Wise Business Practice, Good Communication, Great Prices
