The staff is rude and the trainers even more so. Unless you've been working out at a gym for years and have a lot of experience, avoid this place like the plague. This is not a place for new comers or families. Not only is the work out experience bad, signing up is just as painful. These guys will try to upsell you for everything-- all their overpriced supplements and powders are all of very low quality. Personal trainers are extremely expensive and I've noticed they will try and milk their time with you so you buy more sessions. For a more family-oriented gym, I recommend Sports and Wellness on Wyoming and Harper. It's friendly and filled with people from all walks of life-- not just loud, grunting body builders.
