The person who appeared to be in charge of the store ignored me for the first 10 minutes I was there, then looked me straight in the eye and turned his back to me. I was there to choose a 25th anniversary diamond ring for myself to be purchased by my husband. Was ready to pay up to 1300.00------but left with nothing. Could it be I didn't "look the part"? (I was wearing non-designer jeans). Well, their loss... I purchased a beautiful ring at a competitor.
