I called for reservations for dinner and was told they "DID NOT" do reservations, it was first come first serve. My family went in and got on the waiting list. We were told no more than 1:45 wait. During our wait we are finding out that some people got reservations and others were like us, told they didn't take them. Two hours later we are still waiting, daughter went to inquire, was told 20 minutes. 25 minutes later we are still waiting, people walk in and go straight to a table, when asked about it, was told they called 10 minutes ago for reservation and was told it would be another 20 minutes. Was told we were within our 1:45 wait time, the girl wrote our arrival time down wrong. We left and the girl had the "NERVE" to tell us to have a good night. All this time I am sitting on a rollater walker as I am disabled. I had sat on that so long that I couldn't get up, my husband and son had to help me up. We have been to this establishment several times in the past, never had to wait for a table and "NEVER" was treated in this manner before.
