Review content:
Happy with customer service - unhappy with garbage pick up service. On 1/3/07, between 12pm and 1pm, garbage was picked up on my entire block, with the exception of my house. I called and spoke with Loretta, who asked me to check my cans to see if the sanitation workers left a sticker with an explanation. There was no sticker. Loretta then assured me that garbage would be picked up on 1/3 or 1/4, which it was and I'm happy with that. However, the sanitation workers THEN left a sticker saying it had not been picked up because it was not outside at 6a.m. I was home and saw them pick up the garbage after 12pm. - to make an excuse instead of an apology is juvenile and unprofessional. Everyone makes mistakes, but don't lie about why my garbage wasn't picked up. I then called and spoke with Monica to let her know about this and she said my account would be noted.
