Businiess name:  McDonald Nursery Inc
Review by:  Ruth C.
Review content:
I bought about 8 poinsettias at McDonalds Nursery thinking that a nursery, as opposed to a discount store, would have healthier and better cared for plants. This was not the case. Most of the poinsettias died quickly, had been over watered and/or were diseased. I didn't have time to return them, and, of course, they are perishable, so my points re: over watering and disease would be hard to prove. However, I will never buy poinsettias there again. I spent about $60 for plants that lasted a week or so-replaced some at the local Meijers, and they did well. I do know how to take care of plants, but apparently not everyone at McDonald's Nursery does. Although the sales people were helpful, the plants were awful. Even though they were on sale, the price was not worth the results.
