If you like living in a near ghetto, college dorm..you will love Regency Palms...
Lot of parties, people that do not clean up after their dogs, dont park in assigned carports, so when I get home at midnite from work, there are plenty of carport spots open, but no other parking spaces. there are cars and trucks that don't run and have been in the same spot for weeks. when the management gets a complaint they will eventually put a sticker on the car, just to be taken off by the owner of the car...and of course the management never follows up on anything,(accept if you are a dollar short on your rent) so they arent aware the sticker has been taken off, so they sit there longer.
Cant seem to hire a good maintenence company and there is no security--and the gates are open more than they are closed, yep, we are a gated community...save your money and find a place that is professionally managed.
