Good: I love the selection and how much the staff was able to help me. They called me back that very same day, most websites don't even take the time to return calls. I liked that they were really personable.. Bad: There phone message kinda was too long, but it also was informative.. Improvements: For them to offer more instock so, they can ship the same day..
