I went to Alan in the middle of December with my very much broken 1999 volvo, it was chugging and not driveable, it turned out it was the electonic throttle system, Alan blessed me with a free loaner for 2 weeks while I tried to figure out how I was going to fix my car on my tight budget. Eventually with alot of help from Alan, my car was repaired and returned to me just in time for Christmas. My car is running better than ever! Alans mechanics know what they're doing and get the job done, Alan and his office manager Amanda are two of the kindest people I've ever met,they proved to me that there are still nice people in this world. I would never take my car anywhere else. Thanks again Alan! you truly are my hero!
