My family and I went to the Rallys on fifth avenue,Gary and we arrived in the drive-thru at 6:13, I did not recieved my food until 6:46p.m. We had to sit there because there was no where to move. I asked the cashier why did it take a long time she told me that they were busy and I understand that but 33 minutes was awful. The manager would not give me the 1800 number. She told me she lost it and for me to go on the web site. My family eats at rallys once a week and for this type of service was the worse I have ever experience. No kind of apoligy what so ever! This took place December 28,2006 at 6:13-6:46.
