I have done business with Farm Bureau in Kings Mtn.,NC for years. I recently tried another agency with a different agency (which wasn't Farm Bureau). I had more problems with them than you could ever know. I called Farm Bureau in Kings Mtn. back and asked them what I had to do to switch back to them. They told me all I had to do was to pay and reinstate my policy. They were so nice and have helped me over all the years I have been a customer.
A dear recently hit the side of my car one night while I was on the way home. I took it in for an estiment and took it out there a few days before Christmas and the first Tuesday after Christmas, I checked my mail and there was my repair check.
IF I WAS TO RATE THE KINGS MTN. FARM BUREAU BY THE FIVE STARS ABOVE, I WOULD TRIPLE THE STARS AND MORE...
