we were customers in your resturant for many years up until the past 3 trips there. we ususlly go as a family of 4 so theres a varity of items thatwe order.the 1st trip lately was atnight,we ordered 2 @2 dinnerswith cheese,and large sizes,also a kids 6 piece chicken meal with water to drink.there werent many people in line and yet,,,,we stillwaited 15-20 minutes for our meals...while they were ready yet the girl left them on the counter while she put her jacket on then procided to count out 2-3 drawers of money--while we waited. the next afternoon we went back in and my sister went inside to order 2 large coke flotes.;;;;she was in there 37 minutes, she later told me that the girls were really short handed that night....my point is this....are you planning to hire more help or is this going to be on a perminant slow waiting resturant because i dont have that much time for lunch and i will be going somewhere else in the future if this is going to continue.like i said the last 3 trips have been disterious and i want to know what will or can be done for this??thank you very much, Susan Styles
