We took our range rover to these people just to have a regular diagnosis’s and they took 3 days and didn't do a thing. When my husband went to pick up the truck they never check anything. They told us what I had told them about the when I took the truck in. We took it to another shop and they told us right away and Sam & Joe’s never looked under the hood if they did they would have saw the hole in the manifold that was right in eye sight. That let us know they never even looked under the hood of our truck. They told my husband the oil light was on and I told them that because we needed a sensor replace and maybe they can tell me which sensor needed to be replaced and they said oh your oil light is on and there was no oil in the truck but wanted to do a oil change. Saying we had a leak. IF we had a leak why would want to change the oil and not try to find out where the leak was coming from. Also the mechanic said he never drove the truck because the oil light was on. That's dumb you are a shop why not! If you think it need oil put some in and charge me for it. I hate these people and they have not heard the last from me!!!!
