Review content:
Good: Saag, any protein - shrimp, chicken lamb A+ . Naan and tandor-breads A+. Tandor chicken moist, succulent, seems made to order, or at least FINISHED just before landing on sizzle-skillet. Gobi good!. Bad: The thought of IK's staff and owner(s) being oblivious to the filth and stench - walls, doors, fixtures and floors begs the question, does anyone see and smell the horrid conditions; does the kitchen mop also mop this germ-jungle. Grime, dust and clutter. You can smell restrooms as soon as you enter the place, and entering the newly painted dining room. Amonia and mustiness, like a highschool gym locker. Needs ceiling to floor drain sanitization... then 4xdaily maintenance to overcome months of neglect.. Improvements: Public areas and restrooms speak volumes to establishment's back of the house concern for food safety. IK MUST(!!!) scour and sanitize from door knob to floor drain in these areas. Many ethnic feeders so very often overlook their restrooms at their peril. Dark and dirty. Old fixtures and low dollar appliances, soapers and toweling. They must brighten and sanitize. I pray the mop and mop bucket NEVER do double-duty from restroom to kitchen and hall How can chefs & servers use these r-rms then cook our food?. Other: Food and Service A++.
Safety and comfort of their customers... the very clients that keep them in business with our dining $$$s... D-
Ashame, very sad... but true..
