I agree with the other poster, after reading this review I searched out secure remote support just to see what their services were like compared to this locations. Ive came to this location to do virus removal and an optimization before. Not only did it cost me about $200 but they left parts of the virus on the machine!!! Who does this?! Those annoying pop ups came back as soon as I connected to the internet. Secure Remote Support removed it once and for all, and for half the cost. I went back to best buy and complained to the manager and eventually got my money back. Could agree more with the thousands of bad reviews concerning geek squad... glad I had a had a good experience. I will be giving these guys all of my business from here on out. Cheers!
