The two technicians that I worked with at Secure Remote Support were exceptional computer guys and persons in general. They were very happy to be working with on my problem (atleast seemed to be) and did it quickly and efficiently.
I dont think I could peg anything bad on these guys. After all the bad experiences i've had with Geek Squad, these guys are doing a much better and more efficient job. Amazingly professional, courteous, and their pricing structure is very affordable.
Thanks guys for everything; everyone should atleast consult these guys for a free 'diagnosis' and what not.
