Businiess name:  Pinecrest Cleaners
Review by:  AJ J.
Review content:
From the batch of clothes I gave Pinecrest Cleaners, 70% returned problematic. Knits and dresses returned so stretched in the shoulder area that it became unwearable. The other 35% returned with NEW stains and wrinkles that had never been there before. It had to be returned multiple times and the Consumer Protection Agency had to be contacted before it was returned to me actually cleaned. The fabric felt stiff--like it was machine washed when it should have been dry cleaned. After so many cycles, my new clothings returned looking rather worn. You can't sue--because evidently, you need concerete evidence. So either take photos of you in it as well as macro photos of the clothing before you give it to them or buy a home dry-cleaning kit.
