Review content:
I recently purchased a RPI Savage gas powered RC car for my son for Christmas. Whe I got it home, I followed the direction on breaking in the motor before using the truck. But to my surprise, a screw fell out where the roto start connects to the truck. I took the truck back to Nankin hobby for help, but was disappointed to find out that they don't repair these trucks. When I asked to exchange it for another, since I didn't even get to get it going, I was told that they wouldn't do that either. After spending more than $600 on this truck, all I got was a truck that I need to take apart myself and fix, before it can run. If I would have known this, I would have ordered it of the Internet, instead of buying it locally, as the support would have been the same. The manager told me that its normal to have to take apart a new RC car the first time you buy it to tighten everything down, but the manual didn't state anything like this. I guess I was expecting more from a local dealer.
