Review content:
I was really surprised for a Disney employee at the poor level of customer service I received. I asked her if she had any Princess Sleeping Bags in her store and she told me she didn't. That was OK. I then asked her what time they were open on Thursday & Friday evening as I do my Christmas shopping after my husband gets home from work. She re-iterated "Thursday & Friday?" I replied "yes". She said, "well I know we're open tonight til 10, I think". I said " 10 o'clock? ok". She the proceeded to hang up. This employee never even tried to find out. I was very surprised that Disney would hire a person with such a bad attitude. I shop Disney all year long and have never, even on the holidays, experienced any of their employees give poor customer service. Sorry but I was irked!!
