Review content:
Circuit City has always left me kind of dizzy after shopping there. The store is always disorganized and I have often found that they don't have the things listed on sale in their circulars. But I have to say that my final experience there was Black Friday. Now I understand that Black Friday is the craziest shopping day of the year and that can put everybody under a little stress. But when you run a huge chain store, like Circuit City, you need to be prepared. If the item that I was buying wasn't marked down so much, there is no way I would have stayed. The line was pretty long but nothing I wouldn't expect on BF. The problem was that the line literally did not move! There were probably 25 people on this one line and in 45 minutes they maybe checked out 6 of them. They had one "register" (a computer propped up on a table), this "register" didn't have any of the sale prices programmed into it so the cashier was looking every single item up in the circular and typing it in manually. Finally, we changed lines, it can't get any worse. This line actually moves at a reasonable pace. When we are three people from the front they try to redirect us to a line with about 10 people on it. Are you kidding me? I'm not that stupid to leave my spot where I have three people to go, to move to a longer line! Pretty poorly run business if you ask me.
