You have no choice here but to use this cable company or go with satellite. We had them when we first moved here because we didn't no any better. Way overpriced with constant interruptions. Customer service was the worst I have ever seen. Had cable internet service last place we lived but with them being the only choice they charged what they wanted for the service.
