Review content:
i took the BRC in June, 2006. i haven't received my certificate yet, its now December, i have only been in contact one time with a person who said they would send me a duplicate, but i never got it.I've been calling but cant get anyone. the instructors were good, they really help me build up my confidence and i passed the course. but i guess thats where now jr's obligation ends, i steal don't have a license.
