Businiess name:  Fong, Debra, Dvm - Cheshire Cat Clinic

Review content:
When my cat Sophia was ill, my regular vet was too busy to see her right away, so he recommended I take her to this clinic. I was very pleased that they took her in immediately without appointment. However, their level of communication leaves much to be desired. It took several calls and messages, with no callback, and a long time on hold before I even got word of her status. I was told she would stay overnight, and that I would hear back from them between 9 and 12 the next day, a Saturday. Noon on Saturday arrived with no word. Again, it took two calls and a long hold time before I was instructed that she could be picked up. Once I got there, the vet decided against giving her any drug treatments (claiming she was too overweight), but had no problem selling me lots of "prescription" cat diets for her. At least my cat's feeling better several days later.
