Review content:
My son was recently in the Emergency Room and had to be transported via ambulance to a different hospital. When the paramedics from San Luis Ambulance came in, they were wonderful. They did their best to put my 17 month old at ease. Another thing that I was impressed with was that after initally considering having me hold my son on the gurney during transport, they remembered that they had a special strap to attach to the gurney that is just like a carseat so that my child would be secure. During the transport, my son was frightened, but the medic was really great at trying to comfort him and continuously monitored his vitals. I was really impressed.
