Businiess name:  Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry- Post Falls

Review content:
I took my 10 year old son there summer of 2009. He needed a lot of work consisting of three visits and a couple extractions. The first two visits were over $2000 within a couple of months and pretty much broke us. When the Little Smiles office called to set up the third appointment for the space maintenance program, I told them I would have to call them back because I couldn't afford any more at that time. The scheduler told me the space maintenance system was already included in what I already had paid and urged me to make the appointment. I told her I didn't think I had already paid and to double check. She came back to me and told me she double checked with the office manager and that had been included in what I already paid, so I made the appointment and went in the following week. Of course when I went to leave they informed me I owed around $400.00 at which point I calmly exploded. Anyways I told them to bill me. It took them several months to do that and then they tried to insist on my debit card or credit card at which time I told them, no they made the mistake and they were not getting that. I am making $50.00 payments which I agreed on, yet they continue to threaten with collections if I am a day late. Now I ask you what's wrong with this picture. How many Doctor's Offices and Dental Offices have lost people due to incompetence in their office. The fun goes on!
