Good: Dr. Kott is very thorough and gentle. You won't get a partially cleaned cavity sealed up only rot away over time. She is technologically up to date and treats you with respect. I like that she gives out a free toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste with every visit -- its the perfect size for keeping at work for after-lunch brushing. Her staff is friendly and helpful.. Bad: She sometimes recommends cosmetic fixes that can run up the bill. She doesn't seem to appreciate that people without insurance have to make sacrifices to afford dental services.. Improvements: More affordable services and accepting dental HMOs..
