I can't believe people complain about lines. Even if you don't bring your pet here, this clinic is still doing you a personal service for nothing.The stray cat population in Indianapolis is NOTHING like other cities our size. Fewer diseases are spread to everyone. If you don't like the place go pay 5 times as much somewhere else. It's a non profit. I don't see anyone complaining about the quality of care they get. The website indicates that you'll have to wait because the processes are made in a way that allows them to serve the most animals in the quickest time, not in a way that suits animal owners most conveniently. I've been there, got there early enough to minimize my wait and my animals are better off for it. So is my checkbook.
