Tracy & her team are very helpful & courteous.
The prices one her products have been more than competitive.
She has a great selection of glass, of both stained & bead making.
Great place to shop.
I am disappointed that the shipping has went up as much as it has, while I realize that Tracy has cost to ship the packages. I don't believe that the cost is that much.
I went to the U.P.S. site to see what the cost to ship a 17 lb. package would be, since that is what I would have ordered, & the price was less than half of what Tracy was charging.
