Review content:
We live close by the McDonalds in Cocoa, Fl. on S.R. 520. After the renovation it was supurb & a nice place to eat. That lasted about 2 weeks & from then on it has unfortunatley gone down hill.
Too many complaints to list, but, today was the last straw after last Sat. & NO salads were available. Today NO diet soda, NO almonds for the salad. My husband told the young man behind the counter & he could have cared less about it. I saw a lady go up to one of the older ladies behind the counter & say she had diabetis & could only drink diet soda. She was obviously distressed too. ONE cashier was taking orders even though the line was out the door. She was obviously so stressed she acted like she would rather be anywhere else but there, & i don't blame her. There is NEVER ketchup in the dispenser for another thing. Most of the time the tables are dirty.
We enjoy the nice salads you offer & the wraps, but, it is not a pleasant experience at this McDonalds. I guess we need to go elsewhere even though this one is conveinient for us.
