I live in HSN Central: Tampa Bay. And I was immune to HSN until a few years ago, when I started watching it quite often. HSN is the Insomniac's Friend, it is campy entertainment and believe it or not, the products are often pretty good. On top of all that, the quality of service is also high. I like HSN.com because you can browse through the various departments and select things by brand, by size or by price. I have bought jewelry there that is excellent for everyday wear as well as small appliances for the kitchen. Laugh if you will, but I really find Adrienne Signature Club A loads of fun (where else do you find aging skin compared to a damaged wall, and the cosmetic cure depicted as spackle? hey, truth in advertising!). And when will Adrienne finally put out one of her models' eyes during a demo with those razor-sharp nails of hers? Another favorite is Suzanne Somers, who is going to be on tonight at 11. Yes, I will be there just to see the clothes (outrageous) and to hear the truly funny banter between Suzanne and the HSN hostess. If you missed Queer Eye's Carson Kressley's new fashion line, then you missed a classic in many ways. His clothes really are gorgeous, and he is as witty and charming (if sometimes risque) as he is on his hit show. If you like a particular line of products, sign up at hsn.com and they will send you email notifications when your shows will be coming on. And if you get a product that you don't like, return labels come with the shipment so you can send it back for a prompt refund. I complained about one of Joy Mangano's hangers breaking a few years ago and promptly got a $5.00 credit from hsn. They also send me coupons and money-saving offers just about every week. Gotta go. Suzanne's going to be on in 45 minutes!
