Joe Barone, owner and president of Eastman Quality Construction, did a HORRIBLE job on our house. We wanted to convert our screened porch into a sunroom. It took 9 months for him to complete what he said would be a 3-4 week job. Not only that... He went for weeks at a time with no contact. We called him endlessly and he never returned phone calls. He lied and had hundreds of excuses. He did not complete the job as the permit and drawing plans indicated it should appear. When the room was finally finished, it looked awful. It does not look professional, even though we paid $20,000 for the job. Joe Barone of Eastman Quality Construction should not be in business... He is a crook!
