Saturn has neat ambiance and some decent food.
Unfortunately the service is terrible. Absolutely horrible.
Generally speaking, because I know there are a few cool service people there, the service is not about the customer but what is convenient for the staff.
We have heard this same problem from many long time Santa Cruz residents -
The owners need to get their people focused on providing good customer service - The "cooler than thou" , "I will get to you when it is good for me trip" is old, and as a result we don't go there any more...
