Businiess name:  Bill Heard Chevrolet Corp Nashville Inc

Review content:
I have nothing but the highest of praise for the customer service at Bill Heard Chevrolet, both in Nashville and in Huntsville. My husband and I had taken my dad's truck to run some errands while he was in the hospital, and it happened that the battery had run dead because it was sitting unused for almost a month. We initially thought that jump starting it would do the trick, but we ended up at the Bill Heard in Huntsville. They were so wonderful and thought we didn't need a new battery but that just charging it would work. However, the service manager gave us a card for it to be brought (towed) there for free in case he was wrong. We ended up driving it to Nashville and then discovering that the battery did indeed die. Bill Heard Nashville was just as great - they came to us, got the car, replaced the battery, and checked out everything else just to be sure nothing was wrong. The truck was still under warranty, so we paid nothing, but even so, their customer service was a marvel. It would definitely make me consider buying a car from them (even though I'm really not a fan of Chevys).
